What are S21 products?
|

S21 products are Back Office (BO), Remote Trading (RT), Online Trading (OT), Mobile trading and Web Trading system. S21 also provides integration between its products and other vendor’s products.

What are hardware requirements?
|
|
Hardware requirements basically depend on the need. For initial or standard configuration, quad core machine having 16 GB memory should be enough.

What are the differences between OT and Web trading?
|
|
Online trading is a desktop application, so a client needs to download the application and install it in his or her computer, while web trading application does not need client to client to download or to install any application. The advantage of desktop application is the ability to provide users with rich graphical user interface, such as charting and its enhancements, while web trading graphical user interface depends on browsers. The similarity between these two is that both need internet connection.

What are the differences between Black Berry and Android more link to Mobil trading?

S21 mobile trading system consists of two applications, Black berry and Android, and those two are sold separately. Currently Blackberry is the most common mobile gadget to use for communication in Indonesia. Android is an operating system running on both tablet and hand phone, and Android is made by Google. Currently, S21 Android mobile system is used for tablet.

Do I need Mobile or Web Trading System?

The answer depends on the need and your priority. If you think that both are very important for your business, then you should have both of them.

What are common issues for developing Web or Online Trading?

To speed up the process of development, it is better that you prepare yourself with your design requirements in the great details. We have only generic design that you may want to customize according your company mind sets. Based on our experience, the design process takes very lengthy discussions, and when you consider implementing your system quickly, and then you should consider minimizing this lengthy process by preparing details of design specifications.

What is Web Reporting?

Web reporting is used when you want to provide online reports for your clients. Usually some clients require this feature. Web reporting is sold as a separate product, and a part of supporting Back Office product.

Yes, you can have your own back office system and integrate with our trading system solutions. We have lot of experience in doing this type of integration.
